Directions

MAKING:
1)Preheat the oven to a 150 degrees and place a piece of parchment paper on the tray.
2)Place the oats, the sunflower seeds and the almonds and spread it well around the tray.
3)Drizzle the canola oil and cinnamon powder along with honey and set it to bake and keep watching the oven because there is a tendency for the cereals to brown.
4)In about 2 minutes remove the tray and mix well and place it back in the oven till all the cereal is nice and brown till about 10 minutes while taking the tray out and mixing every 2 minutes.

SERVING:
5)Serve the cereal with some yogurt or milk or have it plain and enjoy!
