Homemade Blueberry Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 heaping tsp. baking powder | ||
| 1 cap of vinegar | ||
| 1 cap of vanilla | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Blueberries | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 c. buttermilk or dry milk | ||
| Water | 1 (As required) | |
Directions
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour batter on greased hot griddle or frying pan.
Flip cakes and cook.
