Thai Coconut Chicken Soup with Tofu Recipe Video
This simple and healthy soup can be made any number of times and seasoned according to you choice.
Ingredients
1 can of Chakohl coconut milk
3 stalks of fresh lemongrass
4-7 fresh galangal
4-7 fresh kaffir lime leaves
Lime juice and fish sauce for seasoning
Chicken/tofu/shrimp/ vegetables
Thai fresh chili as per taste
Cilantro for garnishing
Nam prik pao (optional)
Directions
Heat coconut milk in a pan. When it bubbles add lemongrass, kaffir leaves, galangal and chicken.
Add some water. Let the chicken cook. Then, add vegetable or tofu or shrimp.
You can season it as per your taste and serve.
