 Round steak2 1/2 Pound
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomatoes4 Large, peeled
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 1 stalk celery, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
 Onion1 Small, quartered
 4 sprigs parsley, stems removed

Directions

Cut steak into portions, trimming fat and removing bone.
Heat oil in skillet.
Put flour, salt, and pepper into a flat dish and coat meat with flour.
Brown meat on both sides in oil.
Assemble Blender.
Put remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at LIQUEFY until finely chopped.
Pour over steak and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
