Home Style Chicken Livers Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken livers | 5 Ounce | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a 8 " and heat butter in it on medium flame.
2.Once it starts melting, put chicken livers in it and let it brown from one side for 2-3 minutes.
3.Once brown, turn the liver and put garlic, tarragon, mustard, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in the skillet.
4.Put the lid on and let the ingredients cook till the liver color changes to light pink.
SERVING
5.Serve hot.
