Ingredients
| Wholewheat | 1/2 Pound | |
| Rye | 1/2 Pound | |
| Whole | 1/2 Pound | |
| Barley | 1/2 Pound | |
| Roasted peanuts | 3 /4 Pound | |
| Sultanas | 1 Pound | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Pound |
Directions
MAKING
1 For the basic mixture: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
SERVING
2 Divide the prepared muesli in individual serving bowls pour over milk.
3 Serve immediately.
TIP
You can add nuts of your choice, the fruit too can be varied: chopped dates, dried apricots or figs, or chopped dried apple rings etc.
You can also sprinkle in some bran, and wheatgerm for added nutritional value
