Vegan Guacamole Mexicano Recipe Video
Guacamole is another Mexican dip made traditionally with mashed avocado and salt. Some of the variations include use of tomatoes, garlic, onions, lime juice and other seasonings. Guacamole dip is served with many dishes as a dip such as chips.
Ingredients
1 large very ripe avocado
1 large tomato (or 4 roma tomatoes)
2-3 garlic cloves
Lemon juice to taste
ΒΌ red onion
1 tsp fresh cilantro
Directions
1. Chop avocado, tomato, garlic, and cilantro.
2. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
3. Use low speed and blend lightly leaving chunky.
4. Serve.
