Holy Vegan Guacamole Recipe Video
Guacamole is another Mexican dip made traditionally with mashed avocado and salt. Some of the variations include use of tomatoes, garlic, onions, lime juice and other seasonings. Guacamole dip is served with many dishes as a dip such as chips.

1 large very ripe avocado
1 large tomato (or 4 roma tomatoes)
2-3 garlic cloves
Lemon juice to taste
¼ red onion
1 tsp fresh cilantro
Directions
1. Chop avocado, tomato, garlic, and cilantro.
2. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
3. Use low speed and blend lightly leaving chunky.
4. Serve.

This guacamole recipe seems to be healthy and delicious as well!! I like that you've not used eggs in the recipe. Could you please suggest a few complementing accompaniments to this guacamole ??
