Ingredients
2 Cups Graham Flour
2 Cups White Flour
1 1/2 Cups Whole Bran
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
3 Tbsp. Brewer'S Yeast
3 Eggs
1 Qt. Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Black Molasses
6 Tbsp. Melted Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Dark Raisins
1 Cup Golden Raisins
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a very large bowl (this recipe makes lots of muffins!).
In a smaller bowl whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, honey, molasses and melted butter.
Make a well in the large bowl and blend together wet and dry ingredients, stirring lightly and quickly.
Fold in raisins.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake until muffins test done.
Bake at 300 degrees 40-45 minutes
