Hollandaise Turkey Slices Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked turkey slice | 8 | |
| 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
Place turkey in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Dissolve bouillon in 1 cup boiling water; set aside.
In saucepan melt the 3 tablespoons butter; blend in flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add bouillon and milk all at once.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Drain mushrooms and stir into sauce.
Pour over turkey.
Bake at 350° till heated through, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat egg yolks till thick and lemon colored.
Add lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Gradually beat in the 14 cup melted butter.
Pour over turkey.
Broil till golden, 1 to 2 minutes.
