Basic Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
1. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon coloured.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add 1/4 c. melted margarine, about 1 tsp. at a time, beating constantly.
4. Combine the rest of the melted margarine with lemon juice, and add slowly, about 2 tsp. at a time, beating after each addition.
