Easy Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
What a yummy looking recipe for Hollandaise Sauce? The Hollandaise Sauce is made with Poultry which can be easily found at any grocery store. Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of cayenne
2 egg yolks
Directions
Divide the butter into three equal parts.
Place one portion in top of double boiler, add lemon juice and egg yolks.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
When butter has melted, add second portion, and, as mixture begins to thicken, add the third.
Remove from heat and stir in salt and cayenne.
Do not let the water under the saucepan boil at any time.
