Mustard Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/4 cup non-fat dry milk | ||
| Hot water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Lite salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| White distilled vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine Butter Buds packets, dry milk, and 2 Tbs.hot water.
In a second bowl beat egg white until foamy.
Blend together salt, mustard, and vinegar.
While beating slowly add liquid Butter Buds and the contents of the first bowl.
Stir in 4 Tbs. hot water and lemon juice.
