4 egg yolks
 
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
 
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
 
Dash of hot pepper sauce
 
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

Put egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce into blender.
Cover and process at mix.
Add butter in a slow, steady stream until mixture is completely emulsified.
