Holiday Yams Recipe
Ingredients
| Yams | 4 Large, peeled | |
| Packed brown sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brandy | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dash cinnamon | ||
| Orange | 1 Large, sliced | |
Directions
Arrange yams in glass serving dish, Cover; cook on high (9) for 15 minutes or until tender; stir twice during cocking.
Remove yams from oven and mash.
Add brown sugar, butter, brandy and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Garnish with sliced orange.
