Holiday Surprise Salad Recipe
Holiday Surprise Salad - though the names says holiday salad, kids make me prepare this, no matter what the occasion is. This salad packs in the flavors of fruits together with the richness of whipped cream. Check out the recipe of Holiday Surprise Salad.
Ingredients
2 c. cranberries, ground
1 c. sugar
1 lb. marshmallows, finely cut
3 bananas, cut up
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Combine cranberries with sugar; fold in marshmallows.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add all remaining ingredients; chill and serve.
NOTE: Leftovers may be used next day over short cake as dessert.
