Holiday Eggnog Recipe
Holiday Eggnog is perfect for one of those classy parties that you host. I have been making this tasty and unique drink for a few years now. Here is a brilliant Holiday Eggnog recipe!
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 6 | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bourbon | 1 Pint | |
| 1 cup Jamaica rum | ||
| Brandy | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 pts. heavy cream | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 6 | |
Directions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until very thick.
Gradually add the liquors, stirring constantly.
Blend in the cream and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Gently fold into eggnog.
Turn into a punch bowl; cover and chill.
