Holiday Egg Nog Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 cups homogenized milk | ||
| Nutmeg or artificial rum flavouring | ||
Directions
Beat egg yolks until thick and light.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla and milk.
Whip egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Gently fold egg whites into milk mixture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
Pour into chilled punch bowl or serving cups.
