Holiday Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup prepared mincemeat
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted Glaze (recipe follows)
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 61/2-cup ring mold.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from mold and pour glaze over coffee cake while still warm.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
