| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Tarragon vinegar 2 teaspoons | ||
| Rhubarb sauce 1/2 cup sweetened and drained | ||
| Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans or walnuts 6 halves | ||
Directions
Mash the heated potatoes with sugar and margarine; let cool.
Blend in egg and salt; divide into 6 parts.
Put pineapple slices on a greased cookie sheet; mound some mixture on each slice, and form a nest in each center.
Simmer the remaining ingredients together for a few minutes except for nuts.
Fill nests with mixture.
Top each with 1/2 a nut.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
