 Sweet potatoes/Yams3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
 Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Egg1 , beaten
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pineapple slices6
 Brown sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Orange peel1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
 Cinnamon1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cloves1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Tarragon vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Sweetened rhubarb sauce1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
 Raisins1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Pecan halves/Walnut halves6

Directions

Mash the heated potatoes with sugar and margarine; let cool.
Blend in egg and salt; divide into 6 parts.
Put pineapple slices on a greased cookie sheet; mound some mixture on each slice, and form a nest in each center.
Simmer the remaining ingredients together for a few minutes except for nuts.
Fill nests with mixture.
Top each with 1/2 a nut.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
