 Crushed pineapple - 2 (15 1/4 -ounce) cans, undrained
 Light corn syrup2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Creme de menthe - 3 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1.In a heavy saucepan, combine pineapple and corn syrup.
2. Over medium heat, cook stirring frequently, until liquid evaporates. Allow it to cool.
3. Mix in creme de menthe.

SERVING
4. Serve the sauce over vanilla ice cream, or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
