Holiday Hard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2-3 tablespoons brandy
1/4 cup almonds, blanched and grated
Dash of salt
Directions
Cream butter until light; gradually beat in sugar and brandy.
Stir in almonds and salt.
Chill well.
Stir in almonds and salt.
