Holiday Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate Chips | 24 Ounce | |
| 1 (8-ounce) jar marshmallow cream | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Nuts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| White sugar | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, put chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, butter and nuts.
In a saucepan, put evaporated milk and white sugar.
Over a slow fire, let milk and sugar boil for 6 minutes.
Stir constantly.
Pour milk and sugar mixture over the first mixture and stir well until blended.
Pour in buttered pans, 9x13x2-inches.
When cool, cut into squares.
Makes 4 to 5 pounds.
