Holiday Fruit Salad Recipe
This holiday fruit salad is a lovely gelatin fruit salad. Made with strawberry, pineapple and bananas with strawberry flavored gelatin, the holiday fruit salad is made with added cream cheese to it. With added sour cream, this holiday fruit salad is chilled to its festive best. unmolded, it is cut into squares to serve.
Ingredients

| Boiling water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe bananas | 2 | |
| Frozen strawberries package | 1 | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| 1 cup dairy sour cream or plain yogurt | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crisp Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Slice bananas into gelatin mixture.
Add frozen strawberries and undrained pineapple.
Reserve half of the mixture at room temperature.
Pour remaining mixture into 13x9-inch pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream and sugar; spread over chilled layer.
Gently spoon reserved gelatin mixture on top.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
Cut into squares; serve on lettuce-lined salad plates.
Garnish with additional pineapple and mint leaves, if desired.
