Holiday Fruit Drops Recipe

Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Packed brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 (teaspoon baking soda | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Candied pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green red | 1 Cup (16 tbs), candied | |
| Pitted dates | 8 Ounce, chopped | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hazelnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecan halves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
Beat in egg until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in pineapple, cherries, dates, chocolate chips, hazelnuts, pecans and walnuts.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm and lightly browned around edges.
Remove to wire racks to cool completely
