 Candied pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Green red1 Cup (16 tbs), candied
 Pitted dates8 Ounce, chopped
 Semi-­sweet chocolate chocolate chips1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hazelnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecan halves1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
Beat in egg until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in pineapple, cherries, dates, chocolate chips, hazelnuts, pecans and walnuts.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm and lightly browned around edges.
Remove to wire racks to cool completely
