Holiday Feast Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Pumpkin puree | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup granulated brown sugar | ||
| Eggs | 3 Small, beaten | |
| Flour | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk chocolate chips | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 9 inch Basic Pie Shell, baked | ||
| 2 cup low-calorie whipped topping | ||
Directions
Place cream cheese in top of double boiler.
Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Add pumpkin, brown sugar replacement, eggs, flour and allspice and continue beating until completely blended and smooth.
Cook and stir over simmering water until mixture thickens.
Cool slightly.
Fold in milk chocolate chips.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill until filling is set.
Top with whipped topping.
