Holiday Egg Nog Recipe

Ingredients
| Eggs | 12 Small, separated | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. Brandy, rye whiskey or Bourbon | ||
| 1 c. Jamaica rum | ||
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. light or heavy cream, whipped | ||
Directions
Beat egg yolks with a hand or electric beater until thick and lemon colored.
Then gradually beat in sugar.
Next gradually stir in brandy, and rum.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in milk, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
If light cream is used, whip as in Whipped Light Cream.
Then gradually beat in sugar.
