Holiday Date Pudding Recipe

| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Cream together:) | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (Add:) | |
| Baking powder | 4 Tablespoon (Add:) | |
| 1/2 t. salt sifted together | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Add:) | |
| Mix well | ||
| 1/2 lb. cut up dates | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Fold in:) | |
| Few raisins if you wish | ||
Directions
Drop by spoonful into hot syrup which has been put into a 13" x 8" baking pan.
Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
Serve with whipped cream.
