Holiday Cranberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pkg. lemon-favored jello | ||
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Pineapple can | 1 9 Ounce, crushed | |
| 1/2 cup broken pecan meats | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Mix sugar and cranberries together, and let stand several hours.
Add the jello to the boiling water, and stir until dissolved.
Add orange juice and stir, then add cranberries and other ingredients and pour into mold.
