Christmas Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
| Cookie-Dough Crust | ||
| Cream cheese package | 5 | |
| Sugar | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Grated rind 1 lemon | ||
| Grated rind 1/2 orange | ||
| Eggs | 5 | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Heavy cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
To Prepare the Cookie-Dough Crust:
Let ingredients (except 1/2 cup cream) reach room temperature.
Beat cheese until fluffy.
Mix sugar, flour, and salt; gradually blend into cheese, keeping mixture smooth.
Add grated rinds.
Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in 1/4 cup cream.
Turn into Crust.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (475°F.) for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 200°F., bake for 1 hour longer.
Turn off heat; let stand for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool on rack.
When cold, remove sides from pan.
Just before serving, garnish with remaining 1/2 cup cream, whipped, and mixed berries.
