Holiday Banana Nut Bread Recipe

| Flaked coconut | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Combine flour, soda, and sugar; add to banana mixture, stirring until well blended.
Stir in pecans, coconut, and raisins.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8 1/2- x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loafpan.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cover with aluminum foil the last 15 minutes of baking, if necessary, to prevent overbrowning.
Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack.
