Gluten Free Holiday Apple Bake Recipe Video
Ingredients
# 10 medium apples
# 3/4 cup GF flour mix
# 1/2 cup brown sugar
# 1/4 cup white sugar
# 1/2 tsp salt
# 1 tsp cinnamon
# 1/4 tsp nutmeg
# 10 tbsp butter, cold
# 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
# Peel and chop apples into large 2-inch chunks. Place the apples in the glass baking dish and drizzle with the vanilla.
# Cut the cold butter into small pieces and return to the refrigerator.
# In the mixing bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the butter pieces and cut into the flour mixture, until the mix resembles a bowl of small peas.
# Cover the apples evenly with the topping.
# Bake at 375° for one hour.
# Cut the cold butter into small pieces and return to the refrigerator.
