Holiday Appetizer Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beef | 2 1/2 Ounce, finely chopped | |
| Onions | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green bell pepper | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup chopped pecans, sauteed in butter | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a small bowl mix well cream cheese, milk, and dried beef.
Stir in onion, bell pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Add sour cream.
Spoon into pie pan.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Heat in oven for 15 minutes (or microwave on high 1-2 minutes).
Serve with crackers.
