Directions
1) In a bowl, combine and whisk all the ingredients together.
2) Allow the batter to rest for atleat 30 minutes.
3) Place a non-stick pan on a medium-high heat.
4) Pour enough batter to thinly coat bottom of the pan, swirl to coat.
5) Fry until the batter is set and bottom is golden brown.
6) Flip over and cook the other side until golden.
SERVING
7) Serve the pancakes with a topping of maple syrup or jam or powdered sugar.
