I found this recipe one day looking for rolls and it is so easy and has became a hit

Ingredients

 
1-pound recipe
 
1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Water
 
2 Large Eggs
 
3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine,cut up
 
3/4 teaspoon Salt
 
2 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
 
2 Tablespoons Sugar
 
1 1/2 teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast
 
1 Large egg lightly beaten
 
1 Tablespoons Sugar

Directions

Add water,2 eggs,butter,salt,bread flour,2 tablespoons sugar,and yeast to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.Select dough/manual cycle.When cycle is complete,remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface.If necessary,knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.Shape into rolls .Cover and let rise in a warm,draft-free place until almost doubled in size,20 to 30 minutes.Combine lightly beaten egg and 1 tablespoon sugar;brush ontos.Bake at 375ºfor 12 to 14 minutes or until done.
