Ingredients

 Ham hocks4 Large, smoked
 1 28-ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce
 Apple1 Large, unpeeled
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Catsup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup light or dark molasses
 Prepared horseradish2 Teaspoon

Directions

Place hocks in Dutch oven.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over hocks.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° till tender, about 2 hours; stir occasionally.
