Hobo Logna Bunwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces chunk bologna, cut in 1 x 1 x 1/2-inch pieces | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 13 1/4 Ounce, drained | |
| 2 green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 8 frankfurter buns, split and toasted | ||
| Margarine or butter | ||
Directions
On skewers alternately thread pieces of bologna, pineapple, and green pepper.
Combine the catsup, onion, cooking oil, lemon juice, and mustard.
Broil the kabobs over slow coals 5 minutes; brush with the catsup mixture.
Broil the kabobs 10 minutes more, brushing with the sauce and turning frequently.
Spread the frankfurter buns with margarine.
Serve the hot kabobs on buns.
