HIGH PROTEIN SANDWICH FILLING Recipe

Ingredients

 
Coarse-cut lemon marmalade
 
mashed ripe banana
 
1slices dark rye bread
 
butter
 
wheatgerm
 
shredded coconut

Directions

Slice the bread fairly thickly and spread with butter.
Sprinkle generously with wheatgerm, then spread a layer of mar- malade.
Cover with mashed banana, and sprinkle with fresh shredded or dessicated coconut.
Serve as an open sandwich or press a slice of buttered bread gently on top
