High Raw Vegan Nori Wrap Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
1 sheet seaweed or nori
 
1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
 
1/2 c pinenuts
 
1/2 sprouts
 
1/2 sundried tomatoes
 
1 bokchoy
 
1 onion, chopped
 
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning
 
1 tbsp ginger soy dressing and marinade
 
1/2 c green onions, chopped

Directions

1. Soak sundried tomatoes in plain water.
2. Chop bok choy lenghthwise.
3. Put some bok choy on seaweed in the center.
4. Put some onions, sprouts and sundried tomatoes.
5. Melt coconut oil and drizzle.
6. Now put some pinenuts and all purpose seasoning.
7. Then put garlic soy dressing and chopped green onions.
8. Wrap the seaweed around and serve.
