High Protein Vegetarian Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Chickpeas | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| 2 medium-size sweet green or red peppers, cored, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Yellow onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Sunflower seeds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, salt, and cumin.
Add the chick peas, peppers, onion, and sunflower seeds, and toss to mix.
Taste for seasoning, and add more salt and cumin if desired.
