High Protein Mocha Banana Shake Recipe Video

High Protein Mocha Banana Shake is my version of Starbucks chocolate banana frappuchino. Sometimes back I had this frappuchino and it was so delicious that I fell in love with it but it was high in calorie so I developed High Protein Mocha Banana Shake. I used sugar free banana syrup to make a low calorie high protein drink because bananas are high in carbohydrate. But if you are not very calorie conscious you are free to use fresh or frozen bananas.

Ingredients

 
Skim milk - 1 cup
 
Chocolate protein - 1 scoop (I used Nectar Chocolate Truffle)
 
Sugar Free Hershey Syrup - 2 tablespoons
 
S/f banana syrup - 2 oz.
 
Folgers instant coffee - 2 heaping teaspoons
 
Ice - 1 1/2-2 cups

Directions

1) Take all ingredients in a mixer jar and blend.
2) Enjoy.
