4 eggs
 
1/2 cup yogurt
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
4 cups water
 
3 cups skim milk powder
 
1 cup soy flour or soy milk powder
 
1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
 
1/2 cup wheat germ
 
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
 
Banana Shake
 
2 cups High Protein milk
 
2 bananas
 
Orange Shake
 
4 cups High Protein milk
 
1 small can frozen orange juice
 
Carob Shake
 
2 tablespoons carob
 
1/4 cup oil
 
6 cups High Protein milk
 
4 teaspoons honey
 
4 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Combine eggs, yogurt and oil in blender, blending until well mixed and smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, blending until well combined.
Combine in blender and blend until smooth.
Mix together.
Dissolve carob in oil, add a little milk and heat briefly, to cook carob.
Blend carob mixture, milk, honey and vanilla until smooth.
