High Protein Meatless Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter | ||
| 1-1/2 cups cooked beans of your choice, lightly mashed | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 1/4 cup wheat germ or bran | ||
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1-1/4 cups soft wheat bread crumbs | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Eggs | 4 , Well beaten | |
| Tomato sauce | 2 Cup (16 tbs), heated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce; mix well.
Turn into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Unmold on serving platter; serve with heated tomato sauce.
