Ingredients

 1-1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
 1-1/2 cups cooked beans of your choice, lightly mashed
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 1/4 cup wheat germ or bran
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 1-1/4 cups soft wheat bread crumbs
 American Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Eggs4 , Well beaten
 Tomato sauce2 Cup (16 tbs), heated
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce; mix well.
Turn into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Unmold on serving platter; serve with heated tomato sauce.
