1 small pack Wylers Crystal Light Singles
 
1 scoop EAS 100 % whey protein
 
1 cup Skimmed milk
 
handfull of Frozen strawberries
 
4 slices Frozen Peaches

Directions

Take milk in a mixer. Add 1 pack of crystal lights.
Add the protein.
Add ice.
Add strawberries and peaches.
Cover the jar and blend.
