Ingredients
2 cups rhubarb, cut up
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Grated rind of orange
1 teaspoon cinnamon
On Top:
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 beaten egg
3 tablespoons milk
POUR:
3 tablespoons orange juice mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
Put in bottom of pudding dish.
Mix together and bake in 350° F oven 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour over while hot Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
