 Lean ground beef1 Pound

 2 cup Kellogg's branflakes cereal
 Tomato sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 3/4 cup cooked red kidney beans, not drained
 2 cup whole peeled tomatoes, not drained
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Dash garlic powder
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Bay leaf1

Directions

In a large saucepan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned, stirring frequendy.
Drain off excess drippings.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
