Higgins Lake Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| Bermuda onions - 4, sliced | ||
| Cucumbers | 2 | |
| Navel oranges - 4, peeled and sliced | ||
| Oil-and-vinegar dressing - as required, bottled | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and oranges together.
2) Pour over the oil-and-vinegar dressing, mix thoroughly.
