Hi-Protein Breakfast Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| Bananas | 2 | |
| Soy milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Honey or maple syrup- 2 tablespoons | ||
| Brewers yeast- 1/2 teaspoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In an electric blender, blend all ingredients until liquid
2. Refrigerate drink for 1 hour, and blend again for a few seconds
SERVING
3. Serve in tall frosty glasses, serve with crackers
TIPS
Frozen bananas may be used to eliminate chilling time, also freeze bananas when ripe, then peel and place in the freezer on cookie sheets Once frozen, remove from cookie sheets and store in plastic bags
