Hi Energy Bar Recipe

This Hi Energy Bar makes a very convenient breakfast for a busy office goer like me whop doesn't have time to prepare breakfast. Just try this Hi Energy Bar yourself next morning and let me know if you find it as good as I do.

Ingredients

 
Preheat oven to 300°F.
 
2 cups almond crunch cereal
 
2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

In medium size mixing bowl, combine cereal and eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Spread carefully on lightly oiled cookie sheet, pressing into oblong shape about 6 inches by 8 inches and 1/4 inch thick.
Press firmly to be sure bars will hold together.
With sharp knife, cut into bars 1 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches long.
Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then break apart (or re cut).
Cool completely, wrap individually and store in covered container.
