Herring Cream Dip Recipe

 2 matjas herring fillets
 Onion1
 Apple1
 Parsley sprigs3
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup plain Greek type yoghurt
 Black olives6 (GARNISH)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped (GARNISH)

Directions

Cut the herring fillets into 3-4 pieces, place them in the work bowl and process for 5 seconds.
Cut the onion and the peeled apple into chunks and add to the herring, process for 3 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients except the garnish and process for 3-5 seconds.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve on a decorative dish, garnished with olives and chopped parsley
