Ingredients

 24 small whole cooked beets
 1 6-ounce jar pickled herring tidbits
 Sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dillweed sprigs (garnish)

Directions

With small melon scoop, hollow out top of each beet.
Drain and coarsely shred herring and fill each beet with 1/2 teaspoon.
Dot with sour cream and garnish with dillweed sprigs.
Serve cold.
